With your continued support, CIVS is able to bring hope to the poorest members of the society. Last year alone, we touched the lives of over 10,000 people, many of whom live in villages off the beaten path, with few resources available to sustain themselves.

We strive to improve the efficiency and outreach of sustainable financial and related services for the poor through researching new standards; strengthening the capacity of grassroots service providers; exploring innovative practices in neglected regions; and encouraging further integration of microfinance in the financial system. Since inception BIG has aimed to explore and demonstrate the scope for increasing the access of the poor to financial and related services on a sound commercial basis through the application of “Bengi Investment Group” community banking model.
