Jasper - Program Manager
With a rich educational background in Business Management and Engineering, Jasper brings over 15 years of experience in local community development and volunteerism to the table. As the Program Manager, he spearheads program design and implementation, while also focusing on capacity strengthening within local communities. Jasper is also the key point of contact for partner relationships and communication with volunteers prior to their arrival in Kenya.
Dilman - Administration
Dilman leads our volunteer coordination team with precision and dedication. His responsibilities range from monitoring and evaluation to managing volunteer budgets and finances. Dilman ensures smooth communication between projects, volunteers, and host locations, guaranteeing the safety and well-being of all involved. He also conducts training sessions for volunteer leaders and mentors and handles the registration of new projects, adeptly resolving any challenges that arise along the way.
Eugene - Volunteer Coordinator
As our Volunteer Coordinator, Eugene plays a pivotal role in ensuring that volunteers have a seamless experience from arrival to departure. From coordinating airport pickups to conducting city tours and facilitating workcamps, Eugene is the go-to person for all volunteer-related matters. He provides ongoing support and supervision, conducts evaluation seminars, and offers counseling and emotional support as needed
Elijah - IT Support Specialist/Technician
Behind the scenes, Elijah keeps our digital infrastructure running smoothly. With a passion for leveraging technology to drive sustainable development, Elijah ensures that our mission-driven initiatives are supported by cutting-edge IT solutions. Whether it’s troubleshooting technical issues or implementing innovative solutions, Elijah is committed to empowering communities through technology.
Lavander - Front Office & Volunteer Support
Lavander is the friendly face you’ll meet at our front office, where she handles volunteer check-ins, inquiries, and city tours with warmth and efficiency. With meticulous attention to detail, Lavanda also takes care of administrative tasks such as filing and documentation, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly for our volunteers.
